Obtain or find your Unique Student Identifier (USI) here: Unique Student Identifier (usi.gov.au)

On The Day:

Our classes must start on time, therefore Students arriving more than 1 hour late will be requested to attend a course at the next available training date.


What to bring :

  • Pre-Course Certificate
  • A photocopy of your ID *
  • USI Number
  • Pen and Calculator


*Forms of ID include Drivers'Licence, Medicare card, Passport (current); Australian Birth Certificate; Certificate of Registration by Descent; Citizenship Certificate; Visa (Australian entry).

Receiving Your Accreditation

Following the successful completion of your course and provided all requested documentation has been supplied and full payment made,  you will receive an emailed copy of your accreditation. A hard copy along with your chemical accreditation card will be posted to the address provided at the time of booking.

Applying for your  Commercial Operator (ACDC) Licence Queensland

Accredited operators can apply online for a new commercial operator's licence to use herbicides if you live in Queensland. Licences are issued for 1 or 3 years and operators select the period in the application process. Relevant statements of attainment, received on completion of your course with Countryco, will also need to be uploaded when applying for your new licence. Countryco Ag Services Pty Ltd abides by the relevant legislation for selling goods and services in your state or territory. This policy has been written in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) alongside the state and territory consumer protection agencies jointly administer the ACL.


In the case of unforseen circumstances if a student is unable to attend on the day, we offer either a transfer of registration to another delegate or alternatively a transfer to another course, if available. Credits are valid for 12 months or 2 courses (whichever is the longer time period) from original booked course date. Refunds may be offered in special circumstances but are not available for a change of mind.
